What You Can Expect from the Men’s Indoor Soccer League:
- 4-a-side format (fast-paced and high intensity).
- Weekly matches with referee
- Season runs for 8 weeks
- 30-minute matches (2 x 15-minute halves).
- Game nights: Thursdays, with fixtures between 6 PM–9 PM.
- Played in a unique cage-style pitch—no throw-ins, just non-stop action.

Registration & Team Info
How to Join the Men’s Indoor League:
1) Register your team of 4–6 players (4 on field + 1–2 subs recommended).
2) Use our easy online form to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and fill up quickly.
3) Teams must wear matching colours or bibs (available on-site if needed).
