FAQ
Do Parents have to stay?Parent/s or Guardian of the Birthday child MUST stay. Parents of guests can drop off and pick up their child when finished.
Can we cut a cake at the facility? Yes, we can store your cake. It is the parents responsibility to bring paper plates, spoons & napkins.
And to check if any child has allergies.
What ages are suitable for a soccer birthday party?
We host birthday parties for children aged 5 to 14 years old. We tailor the games to suit the age group, ensuring an enjoyable experience for everyone. Additionally, we can accommodate youth/adults who want to celebrate their birthday with a fun soccer tournament!
What is allowed to be brought to the facility? Balloons,
small decorations ✅
What isn't allowed to be brought in the facility? Face paint, party poppers, messy items ❌
What are inside the lolly bags?
The lolly bags include a variety of different lollies and chocolates, offering a sweet treat for everyone to enjoy.
What do the guests need to bring?
Guests should come dressed in comfortable sports attire with runners or indoor soccer shoes (please no outdoor soccer boots). Guests can bring a drink bottle to stay hydrated during the games (if they want)
Parents booking the birthday party will need to communicate these requirements to their guests to ensure everyone is prepared and ready to enjoy the session
Safety and Precautions: Parents of the Child will need to fill in a pre-questionnaire and sign a waiver, as well as obtain permission from all parents of children attending.
Housekeeping:
◾ Parent must accompany the child to the bathroom.
◾ Behaviour in our sessions.
To ensure everyone has fun, we ask that all children show respect and good behaviour during the party. Fighting or disruptive behaviour will not be accepted. Our coaches are there to run the soccer session, and if a child is misbehaving, they may be asked to sit out. We also ask that the parent of the birthday child is present to help encourage and reinforce positive behaviour among their guests.
