What to expect:
The SETA x 2ADV Squad Training is an intense, one-hour session designed to challenge young athletes. It combines agility, coordination, quick footwork, dynamic movement, and strength and conditioning exercises. These athletes must bring determination, focus, and a relentless drive to improve with each session, as they challenge themselves to reach new heights.

What to bring
Each student should arrive in sports attire with appropriate footwear, along with a water bottle and sweat towel for every session. Occasionally, students may be asked to bring their tennis racket to participate in specific drills.
